Délicatesse is the perfect summer red. This unique blend from our estate grown fruit has subtle notes of red cherries, raspberries and redcurrants are accented with a hint of pepper, and cradled by sweet French oak. This light-bodied wine is perfect for pairing with medium weight meats.

The wine is a delicate colour, and displays a lively mousse of very fine bubbles in the glass. Excellent fruit intensity from the unique combination of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon,  a wine that can easily be paired with meats or seafood, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Our Reserve 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is made with our estate grown fruit, from the outstanding vintage of 2019. Displaying tantalising aromas of cassis, black cherry, dark chocolate, subtle herbaceous notes and slight oak spice. With the black fruit carrying over nicely to the palate where the wine presents bold tannins and a full body with a refined long finish.
