A classic blend from our estate grown fruit. Nicely perfumed, with solid palate weight supported by well balanced oak. A satisfying wine with intense colour, and a pleasant, long finish.

2013 Le Côté de la Colline × 3

A traditionally styled blend from our estate grown fruit. Lovely cassis notes and a bright fruit palate, supported by well balanced oak. An elegant wine with good dense colour, and a pleasant, long finish.

2016 Reserve Blanc de Noirs × 6

Cabernet Franc 27%

Cabernet Sauvignon 12%

The wine is a delicate colour, and displays a lively mousse of very fine bubbles in the glass. Excellent fruit intensity from the unique combination of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon,  a wine that can easily be paired with meats or seafood, or simply enjoyed on its own.
