The wine is a delicate colour, and displays a lively mousse of very fine bubbles in the glass. Excellent fruit intensity from the unique combination of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and gorgeous brioche & creamy characters from 6 extra months of bottle aging, makes this a relatively full bodied sparkling wine that can easily be paired with meats or seafood, or simply enjoyed on its own.
